So I’ve tried all of striking Vikings beard oils and beard balm from a sampler set that comes with all their sense in a 1oz bottle for the oils and a 1oz container for the beard balm. They are great quality beard oils. I like them all. I even ended up buying some of their 2 ounce beard oils and balms. Top quality stuff feels really good in my beard.Now their beard wash and beard conditioner is also top quality stuff feels really good in my hair. I even use it as a shampoo for my head hair and works great for both my beard and head hair. Leaves a fresh clean feeling leaves beard feeling soft and clean and feels even better once you get the striking Viking beard oil, and balm in after a shower. I would definitely recommend trying their beard oils, beard balms, and beard shampoos, and conditioner I feel you will not regret it. I’ve had a very good experience with this brand and product. I am now a regular customer for striking Viking.

I took a chance on this product because i needed a new shampoo and conditioner for my beard and i feel like i hit the lotto. My beard is so much smoother after using it, i love the smell i purchased the tea tree scent and my beard is loving it

When I took the bottle out of the box, the seal was flooded with soap. I opened it and the soap got everywhere. When I tried using it, the pump was broken, so I tried disassembling and reassembling it but had no luck. I lost half the bottle of soap just opening the seal. Smells fine.

One photo is accurate one isn’t. Until recently this company was advertising ingredients that weren’t in this beard wash. I asked them why and they couldn’t give me an answer just a promise to get back to me with an answer which they never did. They just changed the picture here on Amazon while leaving the inaccurate one up on the company website. So that is all quality of company now for the product. I like the sent it suds up nicely and if I’m not using beard balm it leaves my beard feeling clean and good with only 2-3 pumps. I think that’s pretty normal. I actually kinda like it. I don’t like wondering if I can trust this company to tell me what ingredients are actually in it and if it wasn’t for that I’d give it 5 stars

This beard wash and conditioner set is pretty good. Each bottle is 10oz which is plenty if used as directed. You only need a small amount on your finger tips to wash and condition your beard. The instructions state to use warm water to open your pores. Also you should apply the conditioner and wait a few minutes before you are going to wash it off. The sandalwood scent is not too bad either. It is more on the neutral side and is not too strong but I do like the smell. The wash and conditioner left my beard feeling very soft and smooth and I am happy with how my beard feels and smells after using the product.

Decent beard wash that comes in a generous size (17 oz). It lathers well and rinses easily. Smell is subtle and pleasant. Leaves my beard feeling refreshed and clean, albeit a little dry....but I usually put on some beard balm or oil anyway!

I was very pleased that the fragrance of this beard wash was not overpowering. In fact, I find it to have just the right amount of scent to leave a pleasant residual aroma after using it. I can’t quite pin down what this cologne fragrance reminds me of, but it’s certainly something I enjoy, and it has a masculine quality to it. As far as performance goes, this beard wash cleanses well. I liked seeing the amount of lather it produces. It’s a thinner liquid which dispenses quite well using the built-in pump. After rinsing it out, my beard feels softer and smoother. Honestly, I’m using this as a shampoo for my hair as well, because I like the fragrance and how well it does. Sometimes I use conditioner in my hair, but this wash actually leaves my hair soft and moisturized enough that I find I don’t need conditioner. For a 17 ounce bottle, I think this is a very reasonable value, and I also think this would make a nice gift.

The shampoo lathers very well and smells great. The conditioner goes a long way, smells good and leaves my beard feeling soft. The only small issue that I have with this set is that the pumps on the bottles don't work great, but they are functional. Will definitely keep using this and other StrikingViking products!

Stop looking! You will not find anything better than this! I have used many products and found nothing works better than this combination of shampoo and conditioner. All natural products, specifically designed for exactly what your beard needs! In combination with their oils, Your beard will feel softer than babies hair, and smell amazing! Striking Viking is my one stop shop for all of my beard products! You are severely causing yourself an injustice buy not at least giving it a chance. I even purchased A bunch of extras, because it seems the stuff sells out pretty quick As well as their beard oil, the vanilla beard oil it’s just heavenly! I do use a beard straightener as my beard is just naturally curly. Between the shampoo and conditioner, and just the right amount of oil, my beard always stays full, cotton soft, smelling amazing, and the compliments just keep coming.

An amazing product! Will be the only brand I use from now on. After trying many different brands, Striking Viking is the best bang for your buck. “It have given his patchy beard a full and more appealing look” said buyers wife.

I bought this product for my boyfriend who has been spending WAY too much money on worthless products that usually leave his beard “crunchy” and unmanageable after a few hours. I asked him what he thought of the product and this was his review after a few uses:
“So far I love it. The wash and conditioner was very gentle and light on my beard and it didn’t feel like it was stripping my soul out like I realized the other was doing. The smells are clean but masculine.”
I can tell a big difference in the short time he has been using this product and I enjoy the light scent.

Great product and good scent

I got this set for my husband on his adventure to perfecting his beard. We also have a beard growth kit that he uses this with. His impressions are: Shampoo and conditioner love how it makes my beard feel the shampoo tho it's not easy to come out you literally have to pump it a couple time to get a decent amount but other than that I love it. It lathers pretty well. The conditioner on the other hand it come out easy and smooth when it come out the bottle and feels good when you are spreading it on your beard. He also stated that these dont really have a smell to them but they do make it really easy to manage his beard and comb thru it. Overall this was something that he enjoyed using which I can usually tell when he doesnt like something.

The ingredient choice seems to be better than some other brands. Paraben and sulfate free sounds good to me. Cruelty free, 100% natural, and GMP certified are also good things about this product. My boyfriend's results turned out well! He is the super-sensitive type that can't dye his beard, and he gets itchy skin with flakes as his beard continues to grow. This shampoo and conditioner made it feel "normal!" I hope it continues for him! We will buy more if it does!

This comes in a nice box with two bottles (one shampoo and one conditioner). They both have pumps for easy use. They’re a great quality and the consistency is on the thicker side. Lathers nicely and smells good.

I’ve only had for a few days and I love the smell and how good this works. The girl I’m with loves the smell and how my beard feels after I use it. One of the best parts about it is the small bottles don’t take up much space in the shower

Die Pumpflasche gefällt mir sehr gut! Das Produkt ist sehr ergiebig. Nutze es im Set mit dem Glättungs Conditioner. Ich wünsche mir einen großen Nachfüllbeutel! Der Geruch ist angenehm!

Eigentlich dachte ich mir immer, dass das Öl den Bart schon richten wird - Shampoo nehm ich einfach "von oben nach unten".
Auf Facebook bin ich allerdings auf Charlemagne aufmerksam geworden und bestellte mir sofort Bartshampoo und -öl.
Beim Bartshampoonieren ist sofort auffällig, dass man hier nicht Frische und Qualität über einen intensiven Geruch vermitteln will. Das Shampoo riecht dezent herb-frisch, was mich komplett überzeugt hat. Es shampooniert prima auf; damit ist es sehr ergiebig und man kann mit wenig Shampoo den kompletten Bart "aufmischen".
Das wird den Preis mehr als kompensieren. Der Geruch ist nicht aufdringlich sondern eher unterschwellig.
Nach dem auswaschen war der Bart mit einem feinen Kamm sofort kämmbar und gleich in Form. Eine prima Vorraussetzung für das anschließende Öl - vorzugsweise auch gleich von Charlemagne.
Was mich ebenfalls sofort überzeugt - die Produkte sind "made in Germany".
Klar haben die Produkte von Charlemagne ihren Preis - aber es lohnt sich. Lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben als doppelt kaufen.
