The first time I ordered this product the results were awesome. The color was perfect, and both pencils lasted a long time. My last three orders, the pencils arrived dry, even after vigorous shaking. One of my last three orders I exchanged, and the replacement pencils arrived with a dark blue liquid in the cap. The pencils did not work, and I assume water was added to the reservoir to remedy the issue of dryness. To be clear, I am only making an assumption that water was added. If that was in fact the case, it did not fix the problem. If I would have reviewed this product based on my first order I would have given it 5 stars. My hope is that this was just a bad batch due to poor quality control, because these pens are far superior to other pencils on the market...in my not-so-expert opinion. They offer more colors options, produce amazing results, and last forever. As soon as the issue is fixed, I will definitely order this product.

Love these markers, but this is the second time they have sent the wrong color. Box was labeled correct but I ordered dark brown and got some sort of red. Bottom is pen I had top is the new ones they sent of the “same color”

Good quality trimmer. This has a great setting to adjust the height. However, the add-ons are not very great; they keep coming off.

This product will bring out the best in your beard just like it did mine!!! It gives the beard a much fuller look and after a fresh shave Striking Viking got me lookin clean to the cut with sharp lines, I am so glad I found this. This is a good product, when it works. Recieved a box, could not get either one of them to work. Changed out brushes on both of them and still will not work. Very disappointed and a waste of my money.
